Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. Customers who originally qualified for free shipping over $100, will be refunded the total amount, minus our original cost for shipping, plus $25 restocking fee.
 
Furniture is considered special order products and are unfortunately not returnable.

Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items. In the case where the wrong item is shipped due to our error, We will refund you the purchase price as well as the shipping costs.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards.  Items must be new and never assembled. Once it is out of the box, it is unsellable to us, and can not be returned.We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.  If you have any other questions about this issue please feel free to call us 347-462-2774 .
 
We will issue a full refund minus associated restocking fees for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
