I've been using this glider with our newborn at least ten times a day for 4 weeks now. It's very comfortable. I was looking for a glider that reclined while rocking- this one does not do that, but the chair back is angled enough to be very comfortable while rocking. The 6 reclining positions are stationary.
The chair arrived within 10 days of ordering with the free shipping. I also contacted customer service with a couple questions prior to the chair arriving and they were extremely helpful and prompt.
