Canadian Customer Policy
We welcome customers from Canada to order from our company.
Our Free Shipping over $100 only applies to merchandise shipped within the 48 continental United States.
Please note that we are not authorized to ship UppaBaby Products into Canada.
Since we are a USA Based company, when we ship to Canada,
you will incur duties and customs fees from UPS.
These fees are NOT included in the cost of the merchandise, or in the cost of the shipping charges.
Every province has a different fee, and we can never forsee or determine what that cost will be.
So we advise all customers to either have it shipped to an address close to the border, or to be aware of possible fees.
Once we ship to Canada, you may not refuse or return any item, unless you received an incorrect item.
